FLUXOMICS is committed to the security and privacy of information received by users of the website and, therefore, has prepared this Privacy Policy to clarify how user information is collected and treated, and is in accordance with Brazilian legislation applicable to data protection, especially Law No. 13.709/2018 – General Data Protection Law (“LGPD”).

What personal data is collected by FLUXOMICS?

E-mail and WhatsApp will be collected, both for the purpose of responding to the user and with a retention period of 90 days after sending the response to the user's request.

 

Will FLUXOMICS share my personal data?

FLUXOMICS will not share your email. Your email will be shared (i) upon request from the competent authority (ANPD); (ii) court order; (iii) legal obligation; (iv) when necessary for the provision of contracted services, upon prior authorization/communication.
